Fruit of the earth

Since the dawn of time communities across the globe have been nourished by the fruits, vegetables, herbs and other plants that the earth produces. Packed with vitamins, minerals and micronutrients these “fruits of the earth” are essential for good health and wellbeing. 

Growing up in Jamaica I remember picking all sort of goodies from the trees – succulent mangoes, papaya, sweet oranges, plantain, coconuts, ackees, jackfruits, naseberry and breadfruit. From the ground we would get a variety of yams, potatoes, cassava, callaloo and even pineapples. From these bounties we would create simple, delicious meals full of flavor, taste and good nutrition.

It’s out of this heritage that Vann’s Kitchen was created. Our single mission is to prepare enticing plant based foods using fresh, natural ingredients prepared with a Caribbean flair. At Vann’s Kitchen we believe that food must be good for the body and good to the taste!

Our Ingredients

We use only the finest ingredients, farm fresh and unprocessed. We used the highest quality flour unbleached and stone ground for all our baked goods and seitan.
